Defense Integrated Solutions, LLC (DIS) is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Joint Venture founded in 2020 between Venturi, LLC and JRC Integrated Systems, Inc. and was created exclusively for the Missile Defense Agency’s TEAMS Next Facilities, Logistics, & Environmental (FLE) contract.
By employing a “two heads are better than one” concept, Venturi and JRC leadership developed an organization that will focus exclusively on the needs of the Missile Defense Agency’s FLE contract. We leverage the synergies and core strengths of both companies to provide MDA low risk, high performance support to the FLE areas.
We developed DIS on an established corporate relationship between JRC and Venturi, because we share similar visions, values, goals, and passions for excellence.
Venturi, LLC is a Small Disadvantaged Business, wholly-owned by Chenega Corporation, an Alaskan Native Company operating under the Military, Intelligence, and Operations Support (MIOS) Strategic Business Unit. Venturi is based in Huntsville, Alabama with offices in the National Capital Region (NCR) and began supporting MDA in 2006. For over fourteen years, Venturi has supported the Agency on multiple contracts including our current TEAMS Prime contract providing Logistics support services.
JRC Integrated Systems, Inc. is a Locally and Nationally Awarded Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) that provides advanced professional services to solve complex problems for the Department of Defense (DoD) and other Government agencies. JRC is based in the National Capital Region (NCR) with offices in Huntsville, Alabama and Dahlgren, Virginia and has been supporting MDA for over 17 years on multiple contracts including MiDAESS and TEAMS.
