Defense Integrated Solutions, LLC
Defense Integrated Solutions, LLC (DIS) is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Joint Venture founded in 2020 between Venturi, LLC and JRC Integrated Systems, Inc. This joint venture was created exclusively for the Missile Defense Agency’s TEAMS Next Facilities, Logistics, & Environmental (FLE) contract.
By employing a “two heads are better than one” concept, Venturi and JRC leadership developed an organization that will focus singularly on the needs of the Missile Defense Agency’s FLE contract. We leverage the synergies and core strengths of both companies to provide low risk, high performance support to MDA’s FLE areas.
